Job summary

DeGem Masterpiece Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a friendly showroom assistant to greet customers, provide product recommendations and deliver exceptional service. You will assist with showroom administration, display upkeep, stock checks, cashiering duties and daily operations, including social media support when needed.

• Excellent communication and customer service required.

• Retail, sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Job description

Attend to and consult customers professionally, providing good customer service and product recommendations.

Assist with daily showroom administration and operations.

Display, arrange, check and count stock regularly.

Maintain and manage showroom displays to ensure they are neat, attractive and well-presented.

Handle cashiering and related administrative duties.

Assist with general showroom upkeep and cleanliness.

Carry out ad-hoc duties and other tasks as required by the management.

Assist with marketing and social media activities from time to time.

Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: Off

Requirements
