Job summary

NETWOOD (Tanasa Flooring, MALAYSIA) is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will build relationships with architects, designers, developers, and homeowners, and play a key role in expanding our flooring business.

The ideal candidate is Malaysian, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication; Mandarin is a plus. The role offers a basic salary plus attractive commission, performance bonuses, and milestone incentives.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
• Build good rapport and establish long-term relationships especially with existing clients.
• Enhance networking initiatives with architects, designers, developers, contractors and house owners.
• Expand on current database with new and potential clients for Marketing initiatives.
• Pro-active involvement on all marketing activities such as digital marketing, workshops, exhibitions, promotions etc.
• Basic salary plus attractive commission scheme.
• Performance bonus and milestone incentives upon personal Sales target achieved.
