Job summary

Harta Packaging Industries in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in communicating company policy and objectives across all levels of the Sales Support Department.

You will ensure QA procedures are understood and implemented, oversee contract reviews before production planning, coordinate quality information for MasterCard processing, and support training and planning activities, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel frequently, mainly in Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in communicating policy and objectives across the Sales Support Department.
• Ensure department quality procedures from QA are understood, implemented and maintained by all levels.
• Ensure contract reviews are strictly implemented to resolve unclear verbal orders before production planning.
• Coordinate external/internal quality information for MasterCard processing.
• Coordinate quality issues to address customer claims and prevent recurrence.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Arrange work orders with Planning department.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.

• To assist to Manager / Assistant Manager in disseminating company's policy and objectives to all levels of Sales Support Department.
• To ensure the department quality procedures and activities set by QA department are understood, implemented and maintained by all levels at all times.
• Fully responsible and ensure the functions of contract review is strictly implemented in order to resolve any / unclear information especially those verbal order before proceeding the word for production planning purpose and also meet customer's delivery requirement.
• To ensure the sectional external quality information is adequately practiced and controlled for master card processing.
• To coordinate on the external and internal quality issue which is relating to Sales Support function so as to ensure the customer claim is properly attended and to prevent any recurrence.
• To conduct on job training to new employees
• To arrange work order with Planning department.
• To perform other’s task as instructed by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Studies or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1-3 years of working experience (preferably in related field) will be an advantage.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (requires candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking customers)
• High commitment with ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Possess own transport (will requires to travel frequently) - focusing Selangor and Negeri Sembilan
