Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kajang at AESIRA DENTAL. The Sales Executive will engage with patients and prospective clients, introduce clinic services, explain treatment options and packages, and support conversion of inquiries into confirmed appointments. Day-to-day tasks include handling walk-in and telephone inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining patient and sales records, and coordinating closely with the clinical team to ensure accurate information is shared. The role also involves supporting basic marketing efforts, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through consistent, ethical, and patient-centered selling.

Qualifications

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly to diverse patients.
• Sales and customer service abilities, including experience handling inquiries, following up on leads, and supporting conversion to appointments or treatment plans.
• Organizational and administrative skills for managing patient information, scheduling, and basic record-keeping accurately.
• Basic marketing awareness, such as assisting with promotions, social media outreach, or local community engagement to support clinic visibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Malay and/or other local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a healthcare or clinical setting; previous experience in dental or medical services sales is an added benefit.
