Klinik Pergigian Aesira in Kajang, Selangor, invites a creative Marketing Executive to join our growing clinic team. You will manage digital marketing and social media, plan campaigns, generate leads, and coordinate collaborations with KOLs/KOCs to boost patient acquisitions.

The role requires a 1–3 year track record in marketing or digital marketing, strong content creation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Klinik Pergigian Aesira's social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Facebook.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Develop engaging content such as Reels, TikTok videos, educational content, promotions and patient-related content.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads and cost per lead.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, promotions and patient acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
• Produce short-form video content and write captions/hooks/storytelling concepts.
• Manage KOC and KOL and team members.

Klinik Pergigian Aesira is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Kajang. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing and social media, planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads and patient acquisitions, coordinating collaborations with KOLs and KOCs, maintaining branding consistency, and preparing performance reports.

Key responsibilities

Manage Aesira's social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Threads and Facebook

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar

Develop and coordinate engaging content such as Reels, TikTok videos, educational content, promotions and patient-related content

Manage and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, leads and cost per lead

Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, promotions and patient acquisition initiatives

Develop campaigns for braces, aligners, general dental treatments, referrals and festive promotions

Generate and monitor leads through social media, advertisements, referral programme and other marketing channels

Work closely with the Front Desk and Sales team to ensure leads is followed up effectively

Track enquiries, appointments, show-up rates and treatment conversions

Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.

Produce short-form video content such as Reels and TikTok.

Write captions, hooks and storytelling concepts.

Manage KOC and KOL

Manage team members.

About you

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing is preferred

Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative, organize and able to work independently

Strong interest in content creation and social media trends

Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment

Experience in healthcare, dental, beauty or F&B marketing is an added advantage
