Job summary

Simen Utara Sdn Bhd, a well-established trading and distribution company in the building materials industry, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in Johor.

You will develop dealer and contractor relationships, identify new customers, achieve monthly targets, and provide timely reports. Training is provided; fresh grads welcome. The role requires willingness to travel within Johor to service customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualifications.

• Conduct regular market visits and provide timely sales reports.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Job description

Simen Utara Sdn Bhd, a well-established trading and distribution company in the building materials industry, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team and strengthen our presence in Johor.

Experienced candidates are welcome, and fresh graduates without sales experience may also be considered, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors and business customers.
• Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.

What We Need From You

• Own Transport & Valid Driving Licence: You must have your own transport and a valid driving licence, as regular travel and customer visits are required.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum SPM/STPM/“A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Ability to communicate in local dialects will be an added advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction or related industries, will be an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates: Candidates without sales experience are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
• A strong network of dealers, contractors and construction-related customers in Johor will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel extensively within Johor.
