Key Responsibilities

Develop New Business Opportunities – Proactively identify and approach new clients to expand our market reach and strengthen brand presence.

Maintain Strong Client Relationships – Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Manage Project Specifications – Track project progress, follow up on specifications, and convert them into successful sales outcomes.

Monitor Collections & Debtor Aging – Ensure timely payment collection, resolve outstanding issues, and support smooth sales operations.

Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in paints, coatings, or construction materials.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor.

Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
