Job summary

Ecoware International in Johor Bahru seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to manage and grow key accounts, including dealers and corporate projects. You will identify new business opportunities, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires at least 3 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, ability to travel, and Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Manage and grow B2B sales, achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, project clients, and corporate accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term business growth.

Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and product solutions to customers.

Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Coordinate closely with internal departments such as customer service, warehouse, logistic and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff where necessary.

Submit timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to Sales Team Leader or Branch Manager.

Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hardware, furniture fittings, or related industries.

Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and market understanding.

Capable of handling key accounts and larger project clients.

Independent, target-driven, and able to manage territory responsibilities effectively.

Familiar with the regional market and able to manage area-based customer portfolios effectively.

Willing to travel.

Remuneration: Basic + Allowance + Commission up to RM3000 to RM5000

Working Arrangement: 5.5 Days (Alternate)
