A Sales Executive (Land Consultant) role focused on promoting existing land projects and managing the complete buying and selling process from booking through to handover. The position involves conducting site viewings, managing leads from digital channels, and supporting marketing initiatives including content creation and social media engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Promote existing land projects and follow-up prospects until sales are successfully closed
• Manage the buying and selling process from start to finish (booking → SPA → handover)
• Conduct viewing sessions at the project site
• Ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved
• Conduct and manage leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, FB Page, and TikTok
• Organize systematic follow-ups until closing
• Make daily reports of sales activities (calls, follow-ups, leads progress)
• Help the marketing team produce short videos, testimonials and content related to marketing, sales and company branding
• Conduct daily Live sessions on the company's social media platforms to obtain leads

REQUIREMENT

• Sales experience is an advantage (training provided)
