Job summary

Artistic Lighting Gallery is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant in Malaysia to respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and social media. You will qualify customer needs, recommend lighting solutions, and coordinate showroom appointments and online consultations.

You will update CRM records, assist with quotations, and maintain timely responses during working hours. Fresh graduates are welcome, with performance bonus and statutory contributions provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sales-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Follow up on all enquiries to maximise sales conversion.
• Arrange showroom appointments and online consultations.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Update customer information in the CRM or sales records.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
• Assist in posting new products and promotions on social media (basic content uploading only).
• Ensure prompt replies to customer enquiries during working hours.
