Job summary

Zamoza Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote land projects, manage end-to-end property transactions from booking to handover, and conduct site visits. You will also handle lead management from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and social platforms, and support marketing content creation and live sessions to generate leads.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma holders encouraged. The role requires a vehicle and ability to work holidays if needed, with competitive commission and ongoing

JOB DESCRIPTION

• A. Sales & Closing
  • Promote existing land projects and follow-up prospects until sales are successfully closed.
  • Manage the buying and selling process from start to finish (booking → SPA → handover).
  • Conduct viewing sessions at the project site (site visit).
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved.
• B. Lead Management
  • Conduct and manage leads from Meta Ads / WhatsApp / FB Page / TikTok.
  • Organize systematic follow-ups until closing.
  • Make daily reports of sales activities (calls, follow-ups, leads progress).
• C. Content & Marketing Support
  • Help the marketing team produce short videos, testimonials & content related to marketing, sales and company branding.
  • Being able to speak on camera is a big bonus.
  • Responsible for conducting daily Live sessions on the company's social media platforms to obtain leads.
