Job summary

MM COSMETIC SDN BHD in Johor, Malaysia, seeks a results-driven sales professional to expand our cosmetics client base across e-commerce, micro-businesses, and cross-industry OEM segments. You will manage existing accounts, promote new products, and pursue timely payments while achieving sales targets.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, negotiation and CRM usage to build long-term customer partnerships and drive business growth within the cosmetics manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in cosmetics, manufacturing or B2B sales preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build customer rapport.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
