KAYANGAN HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive (Full Time) to drive enquiries and bookings for weddings, corporate events, and styling projects in Bandar Baru Bangi, Malaysia. You will generate own leads, manage client relationships from first contact to confirmed booking, present packages, negotiate targets, and support marketing with social content and event showcases.

This role requires 1–3 years in sales, weekend/evening availability, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in sales, preferably events, weddings, hospitality or a related service industry.
• The discipline to follow up - most event enquiries are lost to silence, not to price.
• Confident presenting to clients face to face and holding a price.

Responsabilidades

• Handle event enquiries from first contact to booking for weddings, corporate events, and styling projects.

• Build and manage your own prospect list, and follow up past clients for repeat and referral business.
• Respond to enquiries from social media, website, WhatsApp and walk-ins promptly.
• Understand client plans: date, guest count and budget and guide them to a decision.
• Present packages and options and prepare proposals with design/operations teams.
• Conduct venue visits and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close to monthly targets and hand over a complete brief to Operations.
• Be the client contact through the event and support marketing with content for social and showcases.
• Report weekly on pipeline: enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Position : Sales& Marketing Executive ( Full Time )

Salary Range : RM2,800 – RM4,500 / month(depending on experience) + sales commission

THE ROLE

Someone is planning the biggest day of their life, or the event their company will be judged on. They send an enquiry. You are who answers it.

You handle event enquiries from first contact to confirmed booking - weddings, corporate events, and styling projects - then hand a clean brief to the team who builds it. Alongside that, you help keep the pipeline full: content, showcases, and the marketing work that brings the next enquiry in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate your own enquiries. Approach venues, wedding planners, corporate clients and past clients
• directly : this role does not wait for the phone to ring
• Build and work your own prospect list, and follow up past clients for repeat and referral business
• Respond to enquiries from social media, website, WhatsApp and walk-ins , fast, and every one of them
• Understand what the client is planning, their date, their guest count and their budget
• Present packages and options, and guide the client to a decision
• Prepare proposals and quotations with the design and operations teams
• Conduct venue recces and client meetings
• Negotiate and close to your monthly target
• Hand over a complete brief to Operations, and stay the client's point of contact through the event
• Support marketing execution: content for social, event showcases, post-event material
• Report weekly on pipeline : enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion

WHAT YOU DO NOT DO

• You do not design the event - the design team does
• You do not set pricing outside approved packages and bands without approval
• You do not run the build - Operations does; you own the client relationship
