Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a Sales Engineer (Injection Molding Machine) in Malaysia, Johor, Kulai to promote injection molding machines and related automation solutions and to develop new business in plastics, automotive, electronics, packaging, medical, and consumer goods.

You will manage the full sales cycle, maintain long-term customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and service teams for smooth delivery, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Strong, proven B2B industrial equipment sales experience.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for injection molding machines and automation solutions.
• Identify and develop new opportunities in plastics, automotive, electronics, packaging, medical, and consumer goods.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, visits, technical discussions, quotations, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend machine specs based on customer needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in injection molding machines or plastic processing equipment.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, molds, auxiliary equipment, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record in B2B industrial equipment sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage customer accounts and sales projects.
• Experience in overseas markets or regional sales exposure is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
