Job summary

Customcraft (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales professional to drive Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and related products in Malaysia. You will identify prospects, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up with customers on issues from workshops to sites.

The role requires a diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical or industrial engineering and 2–3 years in industrial equipment sales, with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Travel to sites and projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment or related industries.
• Experience in technical sales, tender submission and project coordination is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to prepare quotations, proposals and technical documentation independently.

Job description

Responsible for Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter sales and other products related.

Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter market development.

Follow up with customer for any complaint if issue related to Steam Turbine and 3 Phase Decanter.

Follow up the Turbine installation and assembly progress at workshop / site.

Identify and meet new prospects, preparation of sales proposals, make presentations when required and follow up with prospective customers.

Continuously monitor the market development and look for new project opportunities.

Ensure company procedures and standards are maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, steam turbine, decanter, or related industries.

Experience in handling technical sales, tender submission, and project coordination is an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation independently.

Capable of handling customer complaints and providing effective follow-up solutions.
