Randstad Malaysia is seeking a driven B2B Sales Engineer (or Fresh Graduate) to consult, demonstrate high-tech digital microscopes, and close direct factory deals.

The role includes factory-site demos, travel across regional industrial zones, and collaboration with leadership on sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome with comprehensive 3-month training and a competitive compensation package including a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any field.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial drive and a hard-working mindset are welcome.
• High self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must own a car and be willing to travel frequently for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage full B2B sales cycles: cold calling, booking appointments, conducting live demos, and closing deals.
• Bring demo equipment to factory sites to showcase technical solutions directly on the production floor.
• Travel across regional industrial zones to consult with prospective and existing clients.
• Test client applications on-site and recommend the correct hardware setups.
• Review sales targets and strategy regularly with team leadership.
