You will build relationships, deliver technical and non-technical presentations, and tailor solutions with customers and internal teams to close deals.

We are principally involved in the distribution of inspection, test and measurement equipment, materials and engineering solutions. We also manufacture optical inspection equipment, automated handling equipment.

Engineer - Sales (Based in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam).

General Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals. Focus on expanding the customer base for equipment sales.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Deliver compelling presentations, both technical and non-technical, to a variety of audiences. Tailor presentations to suit the customer's requirements and communicate complex product features in an easily understandable way.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor equipment solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.

Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through to final sale, including proposal preparation and pricing negotiations.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress. Regularly report sales metrics and achievements to management.

Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
