Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer at entry level to drive growth by promoting electrical products to manufacturers across industries. You will handle prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closed deals, using a consultative approach.

You should hold a degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics engineering and be ready for field visits with a valid license. Multilingual communication (Malay, English, Mandarin) is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle for customer visits.

Sales Engineer (Fresh Graduate/ Entry Level)

Adopt a consultative sales approach to drive sales growth and build long-term customer relationships. Promote the company's electrical products, including cables, connectors, relays, circuit breakers, and other industrial electrical components to customers across various manufacturing industries. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing of sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Conduct daily sales activities, including identifying potential customers through phone calls, visiting customers, and presenting company products and solutions

Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers

Understand customer applications and requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions

Review sales performance and manage customer activities using the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely quotation, order processing, and after-sales support

About you

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related engineering background

Fresh graduates and candidates with entry-level sales experience are encouraged to apply

Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for customer visits

Proficient in Malay, English and Mandarin with good communication skills

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers
