Job summary

Kejuruteraan Yun Loong (Johor) Sdn bhd is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer based in Johor to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. You will use strategic sales approaches and strong communication to succeed in this role and contribute to the company’s success story.

The role involves pre-sales technical support, tender review, cost estimation, and quotations, with opportunities for annual bonus and professional growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in M&E Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Sales/Marketing experience in repair engineering is an advantage.
• Good communication in Malay and English; Chinese ability is a plus.
• Own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach new customers to grow company sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including service selection, tender review, cost estimation, prepare quotations and follow up with customers until deal is closed.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
• Work with technical team to support and understand customer requirements and provide feedback/solutions.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Keep records of sales activities and customer details.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Find and approach new customers to grow company sales
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Provide pre-sales technical support, including service selection, tender review, cost estimation, prepare quotations and follow up with customers until deal is closed
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
• Work closely with technical team to support and understand customer requirements and provide appropriate feedback and solutions
• Attend client meetings, site visits and handle ad-hoc tasks when required
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments
• Keep proper records of sales activities and customer details

Requirements:-

• Minimum SPM and/or Diploma in M&E Engineering qualification.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Sales/Marketing experience in repair engineering is an additional advantage
• Passionate about sales and willing to learn; candidates with sales experience will have an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Malay and English; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Positive working attitude – initiative, hardworking, hands-on, and able to perform under pressure
• Good organizational skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
