Job summary

AVEVA seeks a driven Lead Development Representative (LDR) to qualify inbound leads and perform outbound prospecting, building a robust APAC pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure qualified opportunities flow smoothly toward revenue growth.

The role requires proactive communication, the ability to engage senior and technical stakeholders, and proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Lead Development or Sales Development.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B sales environments.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for APAC collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Qualification: assess inbound leads and determine fit for sales.
• Outbound Prospecting: craft targeted outreach to accounts and personas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Pipeline Management: track activity and maintain CRM data quality.
