Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable liaison to coordinate between agency brands’ sales operations and internal teams. You will support the execution of sales programs, in-store displays and trade activities, and assist the sales development team with business planning for revenue growth and market share.

You will consolidate month-end sales reports and A&P claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all sales data. Mandarin-speaking candidates are valued for serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of FMCG or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or any other equivalent discipline.

1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficient in English and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
