Job summary

EasyParcel Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic sales-minded individuals for an office-based role in Penang. The position offers an attractive commission structure with guaranteed incentives during probation and monthly earnings above RM4,500, rewarding performance from Day 1.

Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced sales professional, you will receive training, support, and opportunities to grow within EasyParcel as you build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential business customers and introduce EasyParcel's delivery solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and support customers throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
