Job summary

EasyParcel in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead courier partnership sales across the country, build a high‑performing team, and shape growth with key partners.

You will recruit and mentor talent, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account growth, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to accelerate merchant acquisition. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in courier, logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery industries.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, team management, or mentoring.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and passionate about developing people.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
