Job summary

Agroniche seeks a Sales & Crop Specialist to champion premium high-yield seed and crop nutrition portfolios across the regional territory. This field-based role involves direct grower engagement, live on-farm trials, and farmer field events to demonstrate yield gains and crop transformation power.

You will manage dealer networks and build direct relationships with commercial growers while ensuring smooth product deliveries and timely payments, supported by a company vehicle and travel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Horticulture, or Business.
• 1–2 years in agrisales is a plus; high-energy fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese; Malay and English are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales by servicing established B2B dealers and connecting with new commercial growers to scale high-volume seed and bulk crop nutrition orders.
• Lead on-farm trials with growers, running live seed and nutrition demonstration plots to prove high-yield performance and crop health.
• Organize field events, farmer days and product showcases to engage farming communities and launch new crop solutions.
• Secure cash flow by owning the sales pipeline, ensuring timely deliveries and payments.
• Sync with HQ by sharing field updates and pipeline data via the mobile app.

Job description

As a Sales & Crop Specialist for Agroniche, you will champion our premium high-yield seed and advanced crop nutrition portfolios across your regional territory. This role offers an incredibly active, field-based career with freedom to manage visitation schedule. While nurturing our existing, established B2B dealer networks, you will heavily focus on building direct relationships with commercial growers. You will act as a trusted advisor—setting up live on-farm demonstration trials and organizing exciting farmer field events to showcase the massive yield and crop transformation power of Agroniche solutions, whilst maintaining the relationship with the local Agriculture Supplies shops. What You Will Do (Core Mission):

Drive Regional Sales: Service our established B2B dealers (kedai baja/racun) while connecting with new commercial growers to scale high-volume seed and bulk crop nutrition orders.

Lead On-Farm Trials: Partner directly with growers on the ground, running live seed and nutrition demonstration plots to visually prove high-yield performance, crop health, and premium quality.

Organize Field Events: Plan and execute local grower events, field days, and product showcases to bring farming communities together and launch new crop solutions.

Secure Cash Flow: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring smooth product deliveries and achieving excellent, timely payment collections.

Sync with HQ: Track your daily successes, share field photos/videos of your crop trials, and update your regional pipeline easily via our mobile app.

What We Look For:

Languages: Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients (Strict requirement). Good Malay and English is an advantage.

Mobility: Valid driving license and a passion for travel. (Company 4WD vehicle provided, or attractive monthly vehicle allowance if you use your own transport).

Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Horticulture, or Business. 1–2 years in agrisales is a plus, but high-energy fresh graduates are welcome.
