Job summary

Chop Tong Guan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an invoicing/administrative assistant to prepare and issue invoices and related documents. You will verify orders, ensure accuracy, and maintain meticulous invoicing records while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams.

The role suits fresh graduates or those with related qualifications, offering 5.5 workdays per week and a focus on accuracy, coordination, and timely billing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and related documents.
• Verify sales orders and delivery orders before invoicing.

• Assist in resolving invoicing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and related documents.
• Verify sales orders, delivery orders and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and issued within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper records of invoices and related documents.
• Assist in checking billing information and resolving invoicing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Account/Finance departments on billing matters.
• Perform data entry and update invoicing records.
• Assist with other sales/admin duties as assigned.

Work hours

9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in invoicing or administrative work is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Able to handle documents and numerical information accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
