Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an organized admin assistant to support sales operations and export documentation. The role involves preparing invoices, delivery orders, credits, debits, and quotations, while monitoring customer orders and arranging deliveries.

You will also prepare stock reports, sales contracts, and shipping documents for exports, with additional duties as assigned by your supervisor. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or its equivalent.
• Min 2 years working experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
