Job summary

Randstad in Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to oversee end-to-end customer order fulfilment and be the primary operational contact to keep delivery pipelines running smoothly. You will coordinate with regional offices, suppliers, freight partners and clients; manage shipping docs and inventory; handle inquiries and local product claims; and support trade and shipment administration.

The role requires a Diploma and 2–3 years in trading environments with knowledge of incoterms and ERP

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in trading environments
• Knowledge of incoterms
• Experience with Tier-1 ERP systems or stock management software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong organizational skills
