AFFIN Group is seeking Sales Consultants to drive mortgage financing growth and expand its consumer banking portfolio across Northern regions. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions while contributing to the bank’s overall sales performance.

The position requires a Degree/Professional qualification and at least 2 years in sales & marketing of consumer banking products, with strong communication and multilingual

Qualificações

• Degree/ Professional qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing of consumer banking products.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Sound knowledge of banking industry and consumer banking products will be an added advantage.
• Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good marketing, sales management and analytical skills.
• Possess own transportation.
• Independent and results driven with optimistic mindset for new business opportunities.
• Able to converse in different languages will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and develops new sales for Mortgage Financing and cross-sell a range of consumer banking products to various market segments.
• Actively solicits new tie-ups and business through campaigns and road shows.
• Engages new-to-the-bank customers through cold calls and setting appointments to visit customers.
• Maintain close business relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, amongst others.
• Conducts field visits on property financing.
• Recommends ideas to increase sales and marketing of mortgage products.

• Engages new to the bank customers through cold calls and set appointments to visit customers.
• Maintain close business relationship with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, amongst others.
