Job summary

AFFIN is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive mortgage financing growth and expand the consumer banking portfolio across Northern Malaysia. You will acquire new customers, build strong relationships, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions while contributing to the bank’s overall sales performance.

Requirements include a degree or professional qualification, at least 2 years in sales of consumer banking products, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing of consumer banking products.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops new sales for Mortgage Financing and cross-sell banking products to various market segments.
• Solicits new tie-ups and business through campaigns, road shows, and launches.
• Engages new-to-bank customers via cold calls and appointments to visit clients.
• Maintains relationships with housing developers, real estate agents, solicitors, valuers, and others.
• Conducts field visits on property financing and advises on mortgage solutions.
