Job summary

Optima Window Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen cabinetry, meeting with customers to understand requirements and budgets, and preparing quotations and proposals.

You will collaborate with Design, Production and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion, while building strong customer relationships through excellent pre- and post-sales service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes or custom-built furniture.
• Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry detailing and material specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen cabinetry

Meet with customers to understand their requirement, preferences, and budget and provide suitable product recommendations.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up customer enquiries.

Work closely with the Design Team, Production Team, and Installation Team to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent pre-sales and after-sales service

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to provide professional advice to customers

Continuously contribute ideas to improve design quality and customer experience.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes, or custom-built furniture.
