Job summary

Optima Window Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen cabinetry, meeting with customers to understand requirements and budgets, and preparing quotations and proposals.

You will collaborate with Design, Production and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion, while building strong customer relationships through excellent pre- and post-sales service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes or custom-built furniture.
• Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry detailing and material specifications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen cabinetry.
• Meet with customers to understand requirements, preferences and budget and provide product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals, and follow up enquiries.
• Coordinate with Design, Production and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and after-sales service.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitors to provide professional advice.
• Contribute ideas to improve design quality and customer experience.
