Job summary

Reproz Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to guide clients from inquiry through to the right interior design solution. You’ll build trusted relationships, pursue sales targets, and work with designers and contractors to ensure a smooth client experience.

Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome. You’ll respond to inquiries, present design options, manage quotations, and follow up to close deals, while maintaining accurate records and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or other relevant qualification in Interior Design, Business, Sales, Marketing.
• Sales, customer service, retail, property, or interior-design experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.
• Customer-focused, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, understand client needs, and recommend interior design solutions.
• Present design concepts, space-planning options, furnishings, equipment, and related solutions persuasively.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation to quotation, follow-up and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up with clients through Zoom, phone, messaging platforms and other channels.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and support the sales process.
• Work with designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and partners for a smooth client experience.
• Maintain records of client interactions, opportunities, quotations and follow-up activities.
• Aim for KPIs and contribute to team OKRs.
• Follow company policies and SOPs consistently.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients from their initial enquiry through to the right interior design solution, build trusted relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are interested in interior design. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome to apply.

What you’ll do

Respond to enquiries, understand client needs, and recommend suitable interior design solutions.

Present design concepts, space-planning options, furnishings, equipment, and related solutions in a clear and persuasive way.

Manage the sales process from initial consultation and quotation through to follow-up and closing.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow up with prospective and existing clients through Zoom, phone, messaging platforms, and other relevant channels.

Attend client meetings and site visits as required to understand project requirements and support the sales process.

Work closely with interior designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and other project partners to ensure a smooth client experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, quotations, and follow-up activities.

Work toward agreed KPIs and contribute to team OKRs.

Follow company policies and standard operating procedures consistently.

What we’re looking for

Diploma or other relevant qualification in Interior Design, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Sales, customer service, retail, property, or interior-design experience is an advantage, but not required.

Confident, friendly, and professional communication style.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple client conversations or opportunities.

Willingness to learn about interior design, products, and the sales process.

Professional and presentable when meeting clients or attending site visits.

Five-day work week, with additional client appointments or site visits as required by project needs.
