Job summary

AYP HR GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking an inbound sales consultant to drive revenue growth by turning demand into closed deals. You will own the full sales cycle for inbound leads and optimize the funnel across stages.

This role suits a strong B2B salesperson who excels at execution, reports on progress, and uses CRM tools to track activity and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
• 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close for inbound leads.
• Consistently achieve individual revenue and conversion targets.
• Identify friction points across the sales process and propose improvements.
• Develop deep understanding of buyer personas, decision drivers, and objections.
• Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track activity, pipeline, and performance.
• Provide clear, accurate reporting on deal progress and risks.

As Inbound Sales Consultant, your role is to turn demand into revenue, identify patterns in what works (and what doesn’t), and continuously improve conversion across the sales funnel.
