Job summary

Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad is seeking a sales professional to plan and execute daily and weekly sales activities. You will identify opportunities, follow up leads, and maintain strong client relationships while handling inquiries and complaints.

Job description

Prepares and implements daily and weekly sales plans to ensure sales are met.

Participates in identifying new sales opportunities and follow-up on sales leads.

Maintain accounts by building close relationship with existing and new clients and attends to customer queries and complaints.

Ensures sales are collected and monitored.

Prepare reports on sales performance regularly.

Collaborates with internal people, e.g. Graphic Designer to produce creative design according to customer requirements, technical solutions and production, to develop an integrated imaging solutions.

Prepare bids and quotations for submission to clients.

Prepares Job Docket after receiving Local Order (LO) or Letter of Acceptance (Sales Confirmation).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree from (Printing Technology, Business Admin, Public Admin & Marketing) accredited university or college in the relevant field with sales exposure is the minimum eligibility criteria to make an entry.

The individuals with sales and marketing experience at least 2 years of experiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

Self-driven, with a positive work attitude and initiative in problem-solving.
