Job summary

LIFKON SWK ENTERPRISES SDN. BHD. is seeking a results-driven sales executive to drive elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance services in Sarawak. You will network with developers, main contractors, architects, and building owners to generate proposals and close deals.

The role requires a Diploma, 1–2 years of sales experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin. A valid Class D driving license and own transport are essential for client visits and field work.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field.
• 1–2 years in sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Valid driving license (Class D) and own transport to visit clients.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in construction, building materials, or elevators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients by pitching elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance services to new customers.
• Build relationships through active networking with property developers, main contractors, architects, and building owners.
• Prepare proposals by understanding client needs to prepare accurate project quotations and technical specs.
• Close deals by following up closely on leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure service contract renewals.
• Track local projects and stay updated on new construction and building developments across Sarawak.
