Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join the Sales team in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation programs for sales personnel, designing and evaluating sales plans, and ensuring accurate commission calculations.

You will work with data in multiple systems, prepare insights, and help optimize commission structures. We value individuals with strong Excel skills, data analysis experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with the sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience in commissions, sales or finance.
• Proficiency in commission calculation and familiarity with sales compensation plans advantageous.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
• Ability to prepare data for reporting and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of AI to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Commission calculations based on established plans and performance data.
• Maintain and update commission data in relevant systems with audits.
• Prepare data for reporting tools and ensure ready formatting for analysis.
• Generate and distribute commission reports; provide insights on trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate commission workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and document changes to plans.
• Serve as primary contact for commission inquiries; support sales operations.
