Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis (e.g. Commissions, Sales, Finance).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of AI utilization to drive process improvement and ability to implement automation solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and explain commission policies clearly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support sales operations and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate sales commissions based on established commission plans and sales performance data.
• Data Management: Maintain and update commission data in the relevant systems and ensure accuracy.
• Data Preparation for Reporting & Analysis Tools: Prepare data for reporting tools and ensure ready for analysis.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute commission reports and provide insights on trends and discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to automate commission processes.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations and document plans and changes.
• Support and Communication: Serve as primary contact for commission inquiries and communicate policies clearly.
• Sales Operations Support: Provide insights, generate reports, and assist with strategic decisions.
