Informa TechTarget, Inc. is seeking a Compensation/Payroll Analyst for the Sales Planning team in Malaysia. This full-time role focuses on design, implementation, and administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations and effective planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related analytical role.
Experience with compensation calculations or financial analysis preferred.
Background in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support the design and testing of compensation plan changes and new incentive structures.
Maintain compensation databases and ensure accurate payment processing.
Process compensation inquiries and resolve calculation discrepancies.
Execute and administer sales compensation plans including commission calculations and bonus processing.
