Job summary

Texchem Materials Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to drive revenue by achieving targets and expanding the customer base across Adhesive, Coating, Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Electronic and Industrial Chemical sectors.

You will identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science discipline, preferably Polymer/Chemistry.
• Experience in Adhesive, Coating, Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Electronic or Industrial Chemical industries.
• Executive: 1–3 years; Manager/Senior Manager: 4–6 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across various industries.
• Manage and expand customer accounts within the Adhesive, Coating, Food, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Electronic and Industrial Chemical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing solutions that meet their business needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
