Job summary

RZB Lighting Asia & Pacific Sdn Bhd, based in Puchong, Selangor, seeks a dynamic Sales & Project Specialist to drive consultancy and solutions selling across Southeast Asia. You will develop and execute strategies with key channels, coordinate with planners, architects, and specialists, and manage leads, proposals, and after-sales activities.

Requirements include a minimum Diploma in Business or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years in sales/project roles, preferably in lighting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales and project experience in consultancy/solutions selling.
• Experience in lighting, interior/exterior, landscape, façade or architectural products preferred.
• Identify opportunities, maintain relationships, and build the RZB brand.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Must have own transport and Malaysian citizenship or valid residence status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and communication strategies with specific sales channel.
• Work closely with Lighting Planners, Architect Consultants, ID Designers, M/E consultants, and Specifiers.
• Coordinate with back-office on supply chain, logistics, marketing, lighting scheme design and after-sales.
• Sales leads, proposal writing, estimating, deal closing and warranty as required.
• Report on sales activities, market trends and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing sales and communication strategies in conjunction with specific sales channel.
• Working closely with Lighting Planners, ID Designers, Architect Consultant, M/E consultant, and Specifiers.
• Following up on project and coordinate with back-office support in terms of supply chain, logistics, marketing, lighting scheme design and after sales.
• Sales Leads, Proposal writing, Estimating, Deal Closing and Warranty, where required.
• Reporting of sales activities, market and customer feedback.

What You Need:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Electrical Engineering or equivalent or work experience in similar position.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales and project experience with a focus on consultancy, solutions business and relationship-based selling. (Prefer in lighting, interior and exterior, landscape, façade and architectural product)
• Identify and generate new opportunities, maintain relationships, and build the RZB brand.
• Candidates with lighting experience in the respective field will be given preference.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills is essential.
• Ability to work on deadlines and coping with a multi-cultural environment comes natural to you.
• A result-orientated, self-motivated, and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle several projects and project locations simultaneously.
• Possess own transport.
