Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, with brands such as Ray-Ban and Oakley. We seek passionate Sales Associates to present products, manage the customer journey in-store, and close sales with a focus on outstanding service and brand representation.

You will engage customers, merchandise, open/close the store, and work to deliver tailored experiences while upholding brand standards and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to present product ranges to customers clearly and confidently.
• Familiarity with merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Willingness to open/close store and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Strong emphasis on delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Your role

At EssilorLuxottica, customer experience is at the heart of our business. The very people who showcase that are our Sales Associates and now we are looking out for passionate and energetic individuals to join our retail brands!

You would be presenting our wide ranges of products to customers and will get to experience the end to end journey in our stores including opening, closing, merchandising and selling. While you close each sales, meeting the customer needs and ensuring a great experience remains a top priority.

Main responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets:Consistently meet and exceed daily sales goals.
• Creating Engaging Experiences:Deliver a fun, straightforward, and stylish fashion experience for every guest, adhering to the Brand Rules.
• Driving Brand Awareness:Actively attract new customers daily, expanding our brand reach.
• Fostering Partnerships:Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with the customers.
• Upholding Brand Image:Model the Brand Style Dress Code, embodying our brand's aesthetic.
• Delivering Tailored Experiences:Ensure an outstanding customer experience by advising, styling eyewear and apparels.
• Operational Excellence:Adhere to all operating policies and procedures, including thorough training, timely execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns, accurate sales transactions, and effective use of sales strategies and resources.
• Ensuring Transactional Accuracy:Accuracy and precision in all guest transactions and interactions.
