FJ Benjamin (M) Sdn Bhd is expanding its Malaysia team and seeks motivated individuals for retail sales roles in a luxury fashion environment. The role focuses on professional customer service, upselling opportunities, and maintaining the brand image across store displays and merchandising.

Successful candidates will have proven sales experience, a passion for fashion, and strong communication skills. Availability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays is required as these positions

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter, preferably in a high-end retail fashion environment.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as these positions are shopbase.
Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
Passion for customer service and fashion.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of customers and staff.

Responsibilities

Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service in a professional manner.
Recognize sale opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service.
Provide excellent sales service to drive high customer satisfaction and sales.
Seek innovative ways to improve customer experience and brand image.
Assist in price tagging, storage, and display of merchandise; maintain cleanliness.
