LoveBonito Holdings Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a brand ambassador for our fashion retail team. You will speak with customers, offer advice on colour, fit and silhouette, and promote key styles to boost in-store sales.

Responsibilities include ensuring stock availability, processing stock transfers, handling the POS, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Weekend shifts and a collaborative team environment are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Retail Management/Fashion or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Malay/Mandarin.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales with a customer-centric approach.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays and shifts.
• Experience in fashion/retail preferred; fresh grads welcome.

• Work with store manager to drive sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

Create EXCITEMENT in product launches, workshops, and events for our guests

Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style, and silhouette to best suit their needs

Promote key styles, new arrivals, and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets

Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor

Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms

Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, and support all stock take/stock count exercises

Handle cashiering duties, manage the POS system to process payments, and handle mall loyalty cards/vouchers

Assist in processing and handling customer online returns/exchanges in-store

Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build a strong regular customer base

Adhere to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties

Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

Requirements

Hours

Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days a week, morning and/or afternoon shifts

All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in fashion/retail industry

No working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply

Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/written English and Malay/Mandarin
