Job summary

Heinemann Duty Free Malaysia Sdn Bhd in KLIA Terminal 2 is seeking a brand ambassador to maintain a prestigious image, deliver exceptional service, and meet store sales targets. You will ensure meticulous product presentation and assist shoppers with product discovery while supporting stock control and deliveries.

The role requires strong customer service, sales focus, and the ability to work in shifts. Training opportunities will enhance product knowledge and service skills within a luxury

• Help customers locate brands and products they seek.
• Receive deliveries and check against paperwork.
• Attend brand trainings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Job description

Be an ambassador for Heinemann by maintaining and upholding the Company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.

Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent service experience to customers.

Achieve and exceed individual sales and store sales target set by the Head of Operations.

Ensure that the assigned category/shop is always presented in line with the company’s guidelines and policies.

Ensure the display stock is polished and merchandised in an appropriate manner in line with visual merchandising guidelines provided by the brand/company.

Maintain neatness and tidiness at the working environment (show room, stock room, locker room, office, etc.) at all times.

Promote and push slow moving items and/or deleted products to maintain freshness and high turnover of the brand/assortment.

Assist the company during stock takes by preparing/organising, counting and investigating stocks and stock losses.

Assist shoppers/passengers to find the brands and/or products that they are looking for.

Assist in receiving, unpacking, checking deliveries versus relevant paperwork.

Attend to trainings organized by the Company or brand to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
