Valiram is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Penang to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. You will assist shoppers with product selection, share product knowledge, and maintain brand presentation to ensure an ethical, premium shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail, strong sales skills, and a passion for customer service. Knowledge of inventory and visual merchandising is a plus, with Chinese dialects valued for serving our diverse clientele.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

Key Requirements:

Ideal to have at least 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/F&B

Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.

Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the ability to uphold the brand’s image.

Advantage for Chinese dialect ability to cater to China / Taiwan / Hong Kong Patrons
