Responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold the brand image as a luxurious ambassador.
• Provide sales and service excellence to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by Head of Operations.
• Ensure category presentation aligns with guidelines.
• Polish and merchandise displays as per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep work areas neat and organized at all times.
• Promote slow-moving or deleted items to maintain freshness.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Help customers locate brands and products they seek.
• Receive deliveries and check against paperwork.
• Attend brand trainings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
