Job summary

HLA Garment (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a Retail Fashion Associate in Malaysia, with the working location at AEON KL MIDTOWN. Basic salary ranges from RM 2,100 to RM 2,600, with commission paid separately.

You will maintain the store according to brand image, assist customers, provide styling advice, and drive sales while ensuring stock, POS operations, and visual merchandising meet standards. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred due to Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer service experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and recommend apparel to suit customer needs.
• Maintain global brand image and store standards.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties and keep the store tidy and inviting.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

We are recruiting for our HLA Brand in Malaysia. HLA (Malaysia) is recruiting for Retail Fashion Associate. As we are expanding further, we are looking for a dedicated personality to join our big family as a Retail Fashion Associate. You will be responsible to maintain, replenish, and upkeep of the store according to brand image and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparel to suit customer’s needs, and offer an alternative to customers.
• Actively maintains a global brand image.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.

Requirements:
