Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the Central region. You will identify and open new accounts, visit assigned stores to monitor stock, secure orders and ensure product availability.

You will build strong relationships with buyers, store PICs and supervisors, support promotions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery, while tracking sales and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to plan daily routes
• Customer-focused with a positive working attitude
• B2B Sales experience is preferable

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new customer accounts to expand sales coverage in the Central region
• Visit assigned customer accounts to monitor stock levels, secure orders, and ensure product availability
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyer, store PICs and supervisors
• Support promotions, baby fairs, roadshows, and brand activities as required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery
• Monitor sale-through, propose promotion, prepare sales reports, including market and competitor feedback
