Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking a customer service-focused outlet staff member in Malaysia to greet customers, advise on baked goods, and handle payments. The role includes restocking, display setups, and maintaining a clean shop floor.

Candidates should be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and possess a friendly, proactive attitude to deliver great service. Training on products and promotions will be provided.

• Customer service with friendly greeting and product advising.
• Ability to answer queries with product information and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Respond to customer queries with product information and available promotions.
• Pack products, arrange displays, restock and track expiry dates.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
