Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking a customer-facing Retail Crew for our Kuala Lumpur outlets. You will greet customers, help them choose baked goods, answer product questions, pack orders, restock displays, and ensure freshness. The role requires accurate payments and maintaining a clean shop floor.

Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.

Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.

Taking order and process payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
